This step is what we call "The Doctor's Diary" and is the most important check-up of your company and processes. Before we can offer you help, a clear definition of the weaknesses and problems need to be made, just like a doctor examining you before he can create a treatment.

Not always it is necessary to turn everything upside-down. Sometimes it can be enough to make the management aware of the problem and how to solve it.

If we find out, that there are more severe topics that need to be addressed, we will define and create your individual program as step two, to dissolve all the bottle necks and obstacles we have found.

(Step 2)

To stay with the doctor's metaphor, in this step the treatment begins.

After the diagnosis is done, it is important to convince the patient for the treatment. As human beings, we always have to know WHY we should do things before we do them. Otherwise we would need to be pushed by force. Without an intrinsic understanding of the problem, the root cause and the solution, a treatment and healing after will not happen as planned.

To ensure an effective treatment, every action comes with a communication set to inform the people about what will happen and why. The best way of doing this is when it is included in a workshop. You can break your bones within a millisecond, but the healing process takes several weeks before you can walk firm and without pain again.

Same effect happens when we talk about TRUST. Trust is the major and mandatory ingredient when it comes to relationships between human beings. People WANT to trust because the result is safety.
